Sei'aen Class Light Cruiser
Construction began on the Sei'aen Class Light Cruiser in 2410, after the end of the Third Romulan Civil War. Featuring an unusual tri-nacelle design, the Sei'aen was built to fill the gap discovered during the Third Romulan-Federation War for a lighter, more maneuverable craft. Falling in between the Pvash Class Heavy Cruiser and the Pveer Class Attack Vessel, the Sei'aen combines the attack capability of the former with the thinness and maneuverability of the latter, creating a ship more than capable of handling itself in close quarter combat. The extra nacelle gives it an edge over other Romulan craft in speed. Only the Aeh'lla Class Scout is faster.
