Personal History
Born on Vulcan, Tezyck was sent to live with his Uncle and Aunt in Germany when he reached school age because of his unwillingness to act like a proper Vulcan. He went back to Vulcan every summer, and each time it got harder and harder to fit in. By the time he was 17 he stayed on Earth and started Hunting with his Uncle.
When he was 19, back for the winter break, there was an unfortunate hunting accident, and he shot his dog. He wasn’t sure how to handle it,and he wasn't able to have another pet since. He mostly stayed in his room for the rest of the holiday, experimenting with explosives, tweaking the remote operation of precision detonation devices.
Tezyck met his soon to be wife at Starfleet Academy, also half human, half Vulcan, needless to say she shared his love for emotions. They thrived together, and were even lucky enough to start their career on the same ship.
After a routine away mission went awry, and his wife never returned, Tezyck was never the same. His fellow officers started to fear working close to him, it wasn't due to any actions, but just the way he talked, he lost the starfleet soft gentle edge they were all used to, Combined with his demolitions knowledge, which become part of everyday conversation for him, let his commanding officers feel he was unstable, and not fit for duty.
Since being let out of starfleet, he has been a freelancer for hire, mostly working for companies to destroy old ships, or remove old buildings “safely”.
