Personal History

Evie was a surprise to her parents because they wanted one more child, but after many years of trying it never worked. Her parents were traditional Pub owners that worked hard to maintain their business and home, keeping both separate lives. When Evie and Ava came along, they were surprised to be having twin identical girls. It was a challenge for both parents to have twins, mostly telling them apart from the other. The only difference between them, was how their mother dressed and did their hair.

By this time her older brothers had children of their own, they spent a lot of time around their Nieces and nephews. Rian (Small King) wasn’t around much during this time; he joined Star Fleet becoming an Officer. He would send them messages every chance that he had, it was their way of staying close. Her other Brothers worked at the Pub; Liam eventually took over the business from their parents. The idea was to give the parents more time to spend with their twin girls, they were more of a handful than all three boys combined. They had they typical outdoor childhood, it was free spirited and fun. When they reached the age for going to school, Education became important. There was also a balance between everything that was important and preventing burnout. This came in handy when they were in Highschool, both earned good grades while doing extra calicular activities. Ava was more into River Dance than Evie, Evie was more into plants. She started a garden when she was young, with the focus on herbs. Most of them had healing properties of some kind, the most prominent was aloe vera. It was helpful for skin conditions like the most common being sun burns. As this grew Evie started to get into Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, Math and Physics.

Evie met her first boyfriend in the physics club where the two became inseparable, and both had medical school in mind after they graduated. While they were still in school, they enjoyed being young and semi responsibility free. They were high school sweethearts that ended up with the promise ring, this was worn on the right-hand ring finger with the heart pointed in. Traditionally meaning that her heart had been captured and devoted to only one man. All throughout school they went to every event together, with their favorite being the school dance.

After High school Evie started to have a change in heart, leaning more towards being a Star Fleet Doctor. Both Evie and Ava applied to join the Academy, both were accepted in the academy Ava was in Science and Evie in Medical. The relationship didn’t last, and Evie put her promise ring in a drawer for well over a year. Evie put a lot of time on her studies, and gardening. During the break periods, Evie and Ava went home to work in the pub. There was something about the place that drew them back too it, the business was part of the family for generations. Evie and Ava would sing there some nights, traditional Irish folk singing brought in an audience. Especially tourists who love to hear them sing, it was even better when their mother would join in.

After Graduation Evie and Ava were stationed on the same Science Vessel until being promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade. Evie was offered a position as a Chief Medical Officer on a Medical Ship, it came with a promotion but that wasn’t why she took the position. Evie just wanted something of her own, and Ava felt the same way. Even though divided by space, they would always be close.

Personal Paradigm Shifts

Most Painful Experience: A pleasant ride in the country side went wrong, off on a trail the horse was spooked kicking Evie off. Upon landing on the ground, it was a hard landing. She broke two ribs and an arm.
Best Time: Family vacations were always her favorite time of the year, it was a simple cabin near a lake. It was the one time of the year when everyone was happy, there was no work or school just simple times. Her favorite of the times was when she did some exploring with Ava, and they came across a small party. It was in the middle of nowhere, and the average age was the same as their own, for the first time in weeks Evie was able to forget about the break up and move on.
Most Crucial Experience: What started off in a garden started to morph into something bigger than Evie imagined, starting with plants that she thought were cute and ones they could eat. Soon following the ones that had healing properties, starting with the skin. Later Evie started to research other plants that had other properties of healing, her research later went off in one direction. She knew from there that Medical School was the place for her, but still wanted something more. Rian was a big influence on her, Evie really loved hearing about his adventures and the places he had been.
