Personal History
Thomas was born in Cheltenham, England, and lived there until he was five. On his fifth birthday he went out for a walk and saw two men messing with something on the ground, which on closer inspection was a baby king cobra. He charged the two men with his favorite knife and stabbed one in the calf, and the other up the butt. The men were drunk and ran away after receiving many small injuries,
Thomas then rescued the unconscious animal, and after many years nursed it back to health and then tamed it. Upon returning home, the same day as finding the cobra, Thomas walked into the kitchen to find both of his parents brutally murdered and their corpses mutilated. For the next couple of years Thomas hopped from orphanage to orphanage until he landed in Dublin, Ireland. There he met his childhood friend Patrick McMillan, who convinced him to join the marines and went to boot camp with him at the age of nineteen and eventually went with him to the academy.
Over the years tragic experiences have caused Thomas to become cold and emotionless, though he tries to hide it from those who do not know him. Thomas was well known in the various towns he lived in, and never for a good reason. He was infamous for fighting, be it one one one or twenty on one he never backed down from a fight. He quickly learnt to always walk around armed after a group of ten boys jumped him on his way home from school. After beating up five or six of them, the leader pulled a knife and narrowly missed taking out Thomas's left eye. Ever since then he has walked around armed with at least two knives or his pet snake Fang.
Thomas became more and more untrusting as the years passed, to the point were it only trusts those who he has known for at least two years. Patrick is one of the unlucky few who has known Thomas since he was five years old. At the age of sixteen Thomas decided to get his pet immortalised on his right arm in the form of a tattoo. At eighteen he picked up the bad habit of tracing the scar on the left side of his face when he is in deep thought. He also picked up his love of drink at eighteen, and Patrick had a great influence in that. Since about ten years old Thomas decided he did not believe in any form of deity due to tragedies in his life.
