Lysian Central Command
Lysian Central Command was a space station that served as the headquarters for the Lysian Alliance Military.
Despite its massive size, the base's defenses were no match for a Galaxy-class starship as observed by the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701-D .
They believed a single photon torpedo could completely obliterate the base.
Encounters
In 2368, a Satarran operative was able to suppress the memories of the Enterprise-D crew, and falsify computer records
in order to convince the crew the Federation was at war with the Lysians.
He was able to convince the crew that their mission was to destroy Lysian base, which would end the conflict.
Fortunately, the Enterprise crew realized how underpowered the Lysian Central Command was before they fired any weapons.
Stating that he would not fire on defenseless people, Captain Jean-Luc Picard ordered the ship to stand down before opening fire.
