Personal History
Aaron grew up on the New Berlin colony which had a reputation for having a violent populace. The heavy Klingon presence in the area along with the mixed variety of species meant violent encounters were virtually a guarantee. Having gone to a mixed species school Kobari had earned a great deal of respect from Klingon students and a reputation for being a fearsome schoolyard brawler. Not knowing his father was never a major issue for Kobari he was often too busy fighting to think about it, when he did confront his mother about who his father was she was generally evasive. She would suggest that his father was whom ever he wished it to be and that he was better off not knowing. Infuriated by a lack of clarity a teenage Kobari entered his DNA into the federation database the results came back as classified. Meaning his father was someone he was plain and simply never meant to know.
After a particularly rough street fight Aaron had to be brought to a local infirmary where he met his soon to be wife. She was a nurse working tree and helped patch up his injuries. After a few nights of him calling back and forth he eventually asked her out on a date. Needless to say they clicked, and were inseparable from then on.
When he was 21 he and his wife were wed in New Berlin colony. When the colony was attacked by Orion Pirates a planet wide evacuation was ordered. During the conflict he managed to fight off many pirate marauders and got his mother and wife to an escape shuttle. Despite his efforts the shuttle was shot down and destroyed, all aboard perished. Since then he had vowed to join star fleet and do his best to never see something like that happen to anyone ever again. With his family lost he moved to Earth and joined the academy.

Hobbies and Pastimes: Having gained a reputation for being a competent fighter Kobari prefers to study hand to hand fighting styles and browsing grey market catalogues for new weapons and tactical gear. He is also a fan of running and will whenever time permits be seen running around the campus tracks with his dog.
Short-Term Goals: Train his dog to fight with him in tactical scenarios. Learn more about bridge operations and finally get the nerve to ask Katy out.
Long-Term Goals: Destroy the Orion syndicate. get promoted up the ladder fairly high. And maybe get married again one day.
Personality: Straight to the point but usually with some degree of tact. Very quick to anger and finds it hard not to punch people who annoy him.
He generally prefers to let his fists do the talking but knows from experience that words can often deliver far more powerful blows than any weapon.
Sense of Humor: Generally not an out going type of person, he tends to wait until the right moment to drop hysteria inducing comments.

Likes: Enjoys his job mostly, but he also enjoys the outdoors and getting into the nitty gritty of any conflict based situation.
Dislikes: Hates people slacking, or not knowing their jobs as well as they should.
Pet Peeves or Gripes: Since it's invention synthale has allowed patrons to enjoy the tastes of alcohol without the side effect of becoming drunk Kobari does not understand why you would want to taste an alcoholic beverage without the nice side effect of becoming intoxicated.
Bad Habits or Vices: Kobari tends to bite his nails when bored and generally does this so often that he has it perfected to a fine art that you would be none the wiser to him doing it. Also he enjoys real alcohol a bit too much, but only when it's available.
Achievements: Best athlete in his high school. Graduated top of his weapons and combat training class. For their honey moon he and his wife (and the dog) traveled to Andoria. Not opting for complete relaxation and deciding to explore and remain active he climbed Andorias third highest mountain with his dog and thus is the only known human to have successfully climbed (with his dog) the third highest mountain on Andoria.
Disappointments: Not climbing the highest mountain on Andoria. Is disappointed by not being able to control his temper better.
Illnesses: Chicken Pox
Strengths: Strong, independent, unconventional thinker, fast, resourceful and cunning.
Weaknesses: Short temper can lose his cool easily and snap. Tends to be very stubborn.
Fears: Afraid of losing anything he loves. Is very protective of Katy.
Prejudices: Thinks that Catians cannot be trusted just like actual cats.
Off Duty Clothing Tastes: His eyes are very dark brown almost black, they are quite large and are a dominant facial feature. He has a warm and pleasant smile, which is rarely seen.
Distinguishing Features: Jeans and t-shirt and occasional hoodies.
Pets: One canine 3 years old husky genus graciously permitted on campus by star fleet.
Friends: Depending on how much they have been fighting, Major Katy Williams is his one main friend as Kobari had not associated with many other people.
Personal Paradigm Shifts
Most Painful Experience: During a fight in his teens he broke his hand by punching a Klingons head ridges too hard. The fight dragged on for nine minutes forcing him to continue using his hand, as testament to his stubbornness he continued to break his hand on the Klingons face until the Klingon had stopped fighting back. The resulting breaks were so severe it took three weeks of intensive medical care to repair it.
Best Time: Meeting his wife for the first time on New Berlin colony despite it being after a vicious street brawl.
Most Crucial Experience: The attack on his colony was what motivated him to join star fleet and begin his life again. However despite this it is likely his experience of meeting Katy that is most crucial. During a training operation on Earth he was patrolling with his squad near the perimeter of a training ground. He had a sense that something was amiss. When he broke off from his squad to check out a suspicious sound, he discovered a jamming beacon that had neutralised transporters and communications in a wide area. He had intended to disable it and report it to command when he saw some footprints in the soil that led further into the training ground. Upon following them he found three former cadets attempting to force themselves upon a woman who was bound and gagged. Forgetting his weapon he rushed onto the thick of them and swinging his fists in such a furious speed and pace that it was mere seconds when all three of the would be assailants were unconscious and in need of medical attention. He carried the woman whom he had unbound and un gagged to the jamming beacon where he disabled it and called for help. The woman he had saved was a Captain with the MACO task force and she had made it a point to thank her saviour. And since then they had been best friends. This experience was most crucial to him as it reminded him of why he joined star fleet and that when he wanted he could be a person to make a significant difference in his life and others.
Role Model: Ambassador Worf An undefeated steadfast heroic warrior who mastered his heart and temper and became the liaison between star fleet and the Klingon empire. To successfully master the subtle arts of diplomacy, tactful dialogue and balance of two worlds is worthy of the Highest respect and admiration.
