Personal History
Hendrick Isore grew up on earth, his parents both were the proud owners of one of the largest garden centres on earth. Everything one could imagine concerning plants was available there. Soil, tools, exotic and not so exotic plants, shrubs, herbs – everything. After setting up the centre, they wanted a child; Hendrick was born, and it was quickly clear this Bolian had energy for two. His jittery and energetic behaviour and appetite made him in a chubby and outspoken Bolian.
School wasn’t a problem for him. As long as he had the room to rock about, look around, bite styluses, and have something to turn inside out. It quickly became clear Hendrick had a talent for analysing chemical, biological, bacterial – every substance he was instructed to examine. Remaining after school to finish a project, examine a new substance, aiding anyone who’d request his help was absolutely no problem for him.
Though energetically talented, it also had its downside. He always forgot that the substances and overall ‘interesting’ things at the schools he’s attended weren’t there for him. Still, many teachers and professors noted his talent and eventually advised him to have his talent blossom at Starfleet Academy.
Not a man of war or combat at all, Isore showed a strange talent for handling small arms. Isore’s talent to him was explained as – ‘S-s-shooting a p-phaser is pure science and physics. I-i-t’s, s-simple logic.’ Whatever the case, he proved a dangerous and extremely descent marksman with a simple hand-phaser.
His enrollment was easy. He passed the test flawlessly and was allowed into the Academy. His focus veiled every course available, he did not make friends, he didn’t care. He wanted to get into the field as soon as possible. This also preluded a change of personality, because of his extreme and perhaps obsessive will to educate himself and be educated, he became secluded and his social skills soon suffered and were in a rapid decline. The former and outspoken Bolian developed a stutter and shunned people unless they were able to aid him with a project, assignment or actually requested his help. However, his brightness was not unnoticed, Hendrick eventually got promoted to midshipman, and was placed on the Chin’toka, to assist the medical team as an analyst.

Personality: Secluded, trouble understanding emotions, brave, friendly once someone gets to know him.
Sense of Humor: Humour to Isore is an enigma. What he finds humerous usally are reactions between two substances where he or the computer would figure out a different outcome. That will crack him up. When it comes to humour on a social level, Isore can be ‘accidentally funny’.
Phobias: None, fear to Isore is an emotion he experiences when he’s nearing a dead-line, however not a phobia, this fear can most certainly stress him out to a degree where he could start sweating and lose the ability to speak completely.
Likes: His work. Isore is a workaholic and. In his spare time he’ll be working and analysing.
Dislikes: Being passive, when his shift is over he’ll not speak of it, he simply continues working until he’s either ordered to leave or his hunger gets the better of him.
Pet Peeves or Gripes: Sleeping more than three hours.
Bad Habits or Vices: Sleeping ‘only’ three hours.
Achievements: Being the first of his family to become a Star Fleet officer.
Disappointments: Seeing one of his best and perhaps only friends spiral downward into a state of madness.
Illnesses: None, sickness or illnesses are hardly efficient.
Strengths: Extremely willing to achieve whatever it is he’s working on. He wants to get the result that’s in his head.
Weaknesses: Oblivious to the fact his words or actions can actually insult, irritate or annoy people. He has trouble understanding social skills and boundaries.
Fears: Losing his Tricorder, an old tricorder which he tweaked to such an extent that he believes it’s by far the best tricorder in existence.
Prejudices: Everything can be analysed and calculated.
Off Duty Clothing Tastes: Isore prefers his uniform.
Distinguishing Features: Nothing, other than the fact that he’s quite heavy and a bit people-shy.

Personal Paradigm Shifts
Most Painful Experience: Losing a pouch that held countless rare concoctions created by him. He still believes a professor stole them, but he has not the proof, it still haunts him in his nightmares.
Best Time: Seeing the labs at the Academy, the data in the computers and the advanced instruments. Joy!
Most Crucial Experience: eing assigned to a ship with a lab! Finally.
Role Model: Isore does not believe in rolemodels. He is his own rolemodel.
