Infiltration Suit
The Infiltration Suit worn by Star Fleet Special Operations Command Operators is a one- or two-piece jumpsuit of black or dark grey color and made of a classified form-hugging material that is both comfortable and functional while offering some protection to the wearer.
By clinging tightly to the wearer's body, the suit can theoretically boost resilience and strength. Designed to mirror the anatomy of a motor system and muscle tissue to enhance the users strength and overall performance, even when the user was greatly weakened, also applies varying pressure help stop bleeding from any injuries, and protect internal organs while maximising their efficiency. The material used in the suit is also an effective and efficient insulator, and is able to keep the wearer's body temperature constant even in extreme temperatures. For longer missions, the suit is also equipped with an advanced waste extraction system, a scaled-down version of those usually found in construction-grade EVA suits. Though not initially considered a design requirement, Infiltration Suits have been known to provide brief protection from the effects of radiation and dangerous chemicals, and when fully sealed with gloves and a helmet, are also capable of enduring rapid pressure changes and brief periods of time in low pressure environments.
Due to the manner in which the suit boosts organ function and extracts waste, each suit is custom-made and fitted to its wearer. Minor damage is relatively easy to repair using shipboard resources, but major damage requires the suit to be returned to the manufacturer.
The suit is compatible with all Star Fleet tactical gear such as body armor and webbing systems, and can be worn under civilian clothing, standard Star Fleet Uniforms and Marine Corps BDUs, or Flight Suits.
