Personal History
Bria was brought up in the medical field, since both her parents are doctors. They influenced her in many ways, but always let her make her own chooses. They were overjoyed when Bria decided to become a doctor but were soon shocked when she confessed an interest in Star Fleet. They accepted the path Bria wanted to take, and gave them her blessing when she went away.
Bria met Lae Lani soon after she joined and they became the best of friends. They shared stories of their cultures and Bria became fascinated with Lae Lani's Hawaiian culture. When they were assigned to separate ships Bria was sad, but knew they'd keep in touch.
Bria worked hard to make a good impression on her Commanding Officer, working long hours to take up the slack for being shorthanded. Her hard work got her noticed, and promoted quickly. The sickbay felt cramped and left no room for her to be CMO, so she decided to look into a transfer.
Bria heard about the need for doctors on Star Base Delta and decided it was her chance to explore. She loved new experiences she could grow from, and jumped at the chance to be head of the medical team.
