Hdrael 41 (Starbase 41) is a Tagor Class Base Facility in orbit above the planet Menhei in the Hhocgae system of the Romulan Star Empire. Hdrael 41 serves as home port for the 4th Division of the Imperial Fleet and features one of the largest repair and maintenance facilities outside of the Imperial Shipyards. It also serves as a civilian transportation hub for the region.
Hdrael 41 features a number of shops and restaurants to cater to its various guests, though as the territory controlled by the rebels on Ecurai expanded closer and closer to the Hhocgae system in the years prior to the Third Romulan Civil War (2409-10), a strong security presence has been made clearly visible in all sections of the base.
