Hdrael 20 is a major starbase of the Romulan Star Empire orbiting the capital planet of Eilhaunn. Hdrael 20 serves as home port for the Third Division of the Imperial Fleet and is the main point of arrival and departure for ships, both military and civilian, visiting the planet.
Hdrael 20 features a number of shops and restaurants to cater to its various guests and residents, and the Imperial Fleet maintains a strong presence on the station. The Phi'lasasam (Imperial Academy) also has facilities on Hdrael 20, where among other subjects it offers tactical and EV training.
A civilian ship repair facility also exists on the station. Military vessels are served by the separate Imperial Shipyards.
