Personal History
Grint has never been to Ferenginar. Her was born and raised on his Fathers freighter ‘Big Lobes’which his father had won in a Dabo game.
When the freighter docked at a Starfleet facility once that was the moment when Grint made the decision not to follow his fathers footsteps and join Starfleet instead. His father wasn’t happy with the decision at first although he did give in so Grint could make a better life for himself.
Star Fleet Academy
Grint was relieved when he discovered he was not the only Ferengi attending the Academy.
Wanting a better life for himself instead of following in his fathers footsteps Grint studied hard in many topics although those related to Warp technology and Propulsion systems were his favourites.
