Fuel converter

A fuel converter is a device once used on the Delta Flyer during the Antarian Trans-stellar Rally.

The device allowed it to run on enriched deuterium, which was required by the race's guidelines.

Unfortunately, the one given to Tom Paris leaked veridium isotopes into the warp core. This caused the converter, and the warp core, to explode.

This method of propulsion was never considered again by the crew of the USS Voyager.
