Personal History
Earun began his career in the service of the Dominion as a low level analyst working within the vast complex of Dominion Central Command. Incredibly diligent in his work, he was eventually noticed and given functionary promotions, until one higher administrator took a chance on him and assigned him to a Jem'Hadar attack squadron. Cutting his teeth in combat in Gamma Quadrant boarder skirmishes, his vessel was then pulled from the line following the initial confrontations with the Krynar. His predecessor clone was assigned with capturing a Krynar shard vessel while the main attack fleet provided a diversion. The previous Earun failed and allowed his vessel to be ambushed, and captured with all hands.
The current version of Earun was given the opportunity to redeem himself (but also due to a vast shortage of experienced and still surviving Vorta commanders), he was successful and accomplished what had not been otherwise done at that time in the war for the Dominion. He was decorated and promoted, and thus assigned to the units that would be assigned to thier new Star Fleet allies’ vessels. Earun was assigned with Kharrea to the USS Avenger.
