A Division Head (not to be confused with a Department Head) is an individual who oversees a division or department of a governmental organization.
For example,
Starfleet and Starfleet Intelligence has division heads. A Division Head supersedes a Department Head.
- A Medical Division Head would be in charge of a branch of medicine at Starfleet HQ, such as "General Medicine," and another Division Head would be in charge of "Infectious Diseases."
