Personal History
Early Life
Calderon was born on the Hermat homeworld to Bekatr 162. A Scientist who worked for Star Fleet. S/he was not raised on Hermat due to hir parent's travels. When Calderon was 3 months old, hir parent was succumbed to a rare disease, killing hir while assigned to lecture students in Chile.
For this reason and at a very young age, s/he was raised by a colleague of Bekatr 162. She was raised till the age 4 which was when Calderon reached maturity and was college educated. Hir adoptive parents gave her a Terran name to better fit in with the rest of the population.
Hir adoptive mother (Greta Calderon) and adoptive father (Fernando Calderon} ensured that they had plenty of open land for Calderon to run around; knowing about Hermat culture and developed from Bekatr 162. S/he developed normal Hermat bunting techniques as a result of the Calderon's knowledge
Star Fleet Career
Calderon spent most of hir career as an enlisted security crewman and NCO at Star Fleet Head Quarters in San Francisco. There s/he attained the rank of Petty Officer 1st Class before being reassigned to the 1st Fleet's USS Gettysburg.
There, under the Command of Captain Fitchel, First Officer Commander Santiago, and Chief Of Security Lieutenant Commander Caldecott; s/he has been a big part of the security department. Developing hir ship tactics skills and learning ship wide security procedures. Something s/he couldn't receive at Head Quarters.
Calderon was then promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer before being involved with the Gettysburg away team mission to a Tellarite Mining Facility on an asteroid. S/he along with the COS, LCdr Caldecott were involved with seizing control of the facility from the Krynar and 'enlightened' Tellarites.
The pair tried to physically subdue the mammoth beast but to avail. Ultimately the Krynar self destructed itself and the away team were able to take over the Mining Facility with a few casualties.
