Personal History

Luminara was born on Mars to a Vulcan mother and a Human father who met while serving together at the U.S.S. Quinn. She and her siblings were raised by their Human grandparents on Mars due to their parents constantly being on active duty. This resulted in estranged relations in the family. When she was 11 her Vulcan grandparents moved to Mars to be closer to their grandchildren and to cultivate their Vulcan heritage. Since childhood she wanted to be among the stars, explore new planets and civilizations, witness history be written.

Due to having a high IQ and enjoying to study, she graduated high school at the age of 16. Before applying to Starfleet Academy she studied Federation History and Xenocultural Studies at the University of Mars. While Aurelius and Cora are open and more Human in their behaviour, Luminara is calm and reserved. She often hides her emotions but is loyal and sincere. Out of the three she is the most adept in Vulcan telepathy and is the only one who inherited red hair from her father and the only one who did not inherit upswept eyebrows from her mother. Due to her father's parents originating from Earth and being Englishmen she speaks with an English accent.
