Personal History
Kevin was born in San Francisco. His father was a doctor and his mother worked as a photographer. Kevin led a normal, sheltered childhood where school always came first. As he grew up Kevin loved to go to work with his mother and take “pretty pictures”. Over the years he eventually became a decent photographer.
When Kevin got into high school he developed a crush on a girl named Sarah who was a year older than him and worked for the schools newspaper. In order to get her to notice him Kevin also signed up for the paper as a photographer. Over the course of a year the two began to date and became very close. At some point during the relationship and his high school career, Kevin grew very fond of working for the newspaper. Eventually he not only began taking pictures but also writing small stories for the paper. By his senior year he had not only become a top reporter but also editor-in-chief.
After graduation from high school Kevin began attending UCLA in Los Angeles where he studied photographic journalism. In his third year of college he and Sarah ended their relationship on good terms. She was beginning her career as a writer and was taking time to do some exploring before starting her first holonovel. After graduating UCLA Kevin attended New York University where he obtained his masters degree in journalism communication.
After receiving his masters Kevin began working for a local New York publication. Eventually he was offered a job at the Federation News Network as a Staff Reporter. He instantly took the job and has been living in space going wherever the next story led him since. In between stories he can be found at either starbase alpha or bravo where he rents quarters.

Personality: Like most who work in Journalism Kevin is very approachable and is able to get a long with most anyone. He is very friendly, but also knows how to get down to business when on the tail of a good story.
Sense of Humor: Kevin has a typical sense of humor and loves to laugh.
Phobias: While working for a New York publication he had to do a story about being trapped in a closed off space. Ever since then he does not like small spaces.
Likes: A good holonovel, especially one written by Sarah, his ex girlfriend and good friend.
Dislikes: High ranking Federation Officials who detour him from a story.
Pet Peeves or Gripes: The work “No comment”..
Bad Habits or Vices: Will sometimes go to far to get a story. Kevin is one of the youngest at the FNN and feels like he has to prove himself and therefore has put himself into a dangerous situation or two to get a story.
Achievements: His two degrees, several published photographs, and being hired to the FNN.
Disappointments: Thing did not work out the way he wanted between Sarah and himself, though he does enjoy the friendship they share.
