Personal History

Born to Sarahan and Roanes's, Aon was an ordinary cub in the Mirak world. His ancestors were lords of a small county that has now fallen into oblivion on the Mirak homeworld.

As a matter of fact, the only thing no one ever forgotten was the wealth that the family had. Sarahan's brother and Aon's uncle, Radak, was the younger brother of the family, and was always jealous that Sarahan was the heir of the wealth and (however small it was) land that followed it, and when Sarahan had a son, it was made clear that he would never live long enough to have it all to himself.

Aon's youth was filled with joy, but also lessons and knowledge. As Aon's fifth birthday drew closer, Sarahan gave his son a trip to Earth as a gift, and both Radak and Sarahan followed him. When they arrived to Earth, Sarahan and Aon spent some good time together, as father and son. They had many talks about a lot of things, the stars, their ancestors, life, and death. It shaped Aon's mind in a way that he thinks in to this day.

One day, Radak told Aon to go out into the night alone, to look at the stars, to be a real Mirak. Without suspecting anything, Aon did so, and eventually found a beautiful cliff, to look at the stars from. Radak, however, followed him with three hired Cardassian mercenaries, to kill him. The mercenaries came up to him, and Aon, feeling strong and cocky (and knowing nothing of their real intention), roared towards them, trying to scare them off, but they continued towards him and caught him, and although Radak never showed himself to Aon, he was there. They would have cut his throat open, if Sarahan hadn't been there. Sarahan was suspicious of Radak, and followed them, so when he saw what they did to his son, he went mad of rage. The mercenaries pushed Aon over the brink of the cliff, but Aon was quick and managed to get a grip before falling to far, and started to climb up again. Radak, however, fearing that Sarahan would kill his mercenaries, emerged from the shadows and delivered the finishing push, pushing Sarahan off the cliff. The only reason to why Sarahan actually fell was that he couldn't believe that his own brother did it. Aon climbed up to the top too late, only to see his father fall to death further down. The mercenaries escaped as soon as they could, afraid to have alerted someone, and left Radak alone, who walked down to the body. Aon followed Radak, not knowing he was responsible, and Radak, still shaky from the fight, saw his chance and gently accused Aon of being guilty of his fathers' death. Blinded by shock, sorrow and guilt, Aon believed him, and ran away, into the wild. Radak quickly returned to his ship, and went back to the Mirak homeworld, delivering the message that both Sarahan and Aon were dead to Aon's mother. He later received all messages that reached them from the Federation, and deleted them all, only sending the message back that no one was interested in taking care of the boy. Radak then took Roanes's as his wife.

Aon was found one day later in the woods, by a young, human couple on vacation, although originally working for the Federation. When they received the word that no one was interested in the boy, they soon adopted him and treated him as their own. But the three never came to the parents-son stage, but rather as three very good friends. It didn't take long before Aon almost never thought of all his memories of his real parents, and his new parents never brought it up, thinking that he should do it when he's ready, although it was clear that Aon's self-recrimination was never far from the surface. During the tests before entering the Academy, he was forced to talk about it, but he only gave a vague description of his young childhood. He tries not to think about it, but he will never really forget.

His new parents originally lived in Europe, and Aon soon adapted to a human, calm, peaceful life. He had trouble finding friends, but didn't care, because he already had the ones he needed. He was mediocre in school, although often above average in tests. When Aon was 18, he tried to enter the Academy, and was close to fail, reaching the lowest points available for entry. But after that, he got a hold of himself, and started performing above average again, although never becoming best in anything. When Aon had to, he could prove to be very social and friendly with strangers, and therefore got many new friends. None of those friendships lasted very long though, as it always turned out that Aon was best left alone.

Aon currently serves on the USS Dauntless.

Personality: Careful, calm, friendly. Easy to get along with. Sometimes too honest. Thinks that friends are overrated. Values solitude. Respectful. Values honour above anything

A large, thick brown/black mane that comes both from his Jubata and his Leo ancestors.

Personal Paradigm Shifts

Most Painful Experience: Loss of his father. An extreme pain filled his chest and it felt as if he was to explode from the pressure. It was as if his heart tried to beat its way out of his chest. The sorrow was too great for tears
Best Time: The time before the age of five, even though he doesn't remember that time very well, and tries not to remember, he knows it is. Filled with love, friendship and wisdom, and being protected by his strong parents
Most Crucial Experience: The last talk he had with his father
