Andor

Andor is a gas giant planet, a large planet type that is mostly composed of helium and/or hydrogen.

Gas giants don't have hard surfaces, instead having just swirling gases above a solid core.
This makes these planets incapable of sustaining life.

This particular ringed gas giant is a in the Andorian system, located in the Alpha Quadrant.

The moon Andoria, the home"world" of the Andoria people (and later discovered, the Aenar), orbits this planet, along with at least one other moon.
