Personal History
Anderson had a fixation with breaking and mending things from a young age. On reaching his teens Anderson then started to delve into electronics and how they worked. His parents soon realised his potential and encouraged him to work hard at school.
As soon as he was old enough Anderson chose the enlisted route rather than apply with Starfleets Academy.
Rising through the enlisted ranks Anderson proved his worth many times over although he did not approve of the Chief Engineers methods at the time.
He was secretly relieved when Thompson became the new Department Head and approved of his work methods.
