Aaamazzarites, also known as Therbians, are arachnoid-like humanoids. They have been a part of the Federation since at least the 23rd century.
They have large, bulbous heads that are both bald and rigid. With typically yellow-hued skin, they also wear garments that are of similar colors to their skin.
An industrious race with a hive-like intellect, the Aaamazzarites can exist on nearly any planet.
This species does not depend on surface conditions to provide food or shelter.
Instead, they are able to use nutrients from their own bodies in order to create products via a "spider silk" like fabric from their mouths.
Everything needed for this species' personal survival is manufactured through their own body chemistry.
The clothes they wear are produced in a manner that has been compared to an Earth spider spinning a web.
The Aaamazzarites generate their own personal clothing from their own mouths. In fact, everything on their homeworld, including housing and furniture, is produced biochemically from inside their own bodies, in much the same way that Earth bees create hives.

- Allegedly, this species is known for being allergic to many types of fur.
- As very few of this species leave their home planet, they are often seen as peaceful isolationists.
